Where We Come From

Prisalis was not built in a vacuum. The foundational architecture of the Fusion Platform originated from a sophisticated healthcare project developed within Ricoh Innovations' specialised Bangalore R&D division, a team dedicated to smart vision technologies and comprehensive telehealth frameworks.

When Prisalis acquired this project in 2021, it gained not just a mature, battle tested codebase; it gained the human capital behind it. The co-founders, formerly Head of Engineering and Head of Clinical Operations at Ricoh, brought unbroken continuity from inception to commercialisation.

Formally incorporated as Prisalis India Private Limited in March 2021, the organisation leverages leadership with deep tenures at global technology institutions.

The Indian healthcare system is rapidly moving toward true interoperability at scale. Prisalis is ensuring the Fusion Platform is flawlessly integrated into the ABDM ecosystem, with native support for ABHA ID creation, Health Facility Registry (HFR), Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR), and the National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX).

Agentic AI
